Creating a Private OAuth App for Testing

Regardless of whether you are developing a public or private app — see Which OAuth 2.0 grant should I use? if you haven't yet — you will need to use a private app to get connected and start testing.

When you are done developing, testing and ready to go live, the Event Temple team will create a public app for you

Steps

Log in to your development sandbox

Head to Settings > Developers > Apps:

Note that if your sandbox has multiple properties in it, you will need to switch to the "Chain" (top right profile icon) settings to find the Apps settings
